Life long resident, former Mayor and now our Constable and continues to be one of our biggest supporters. Shawn journey to fitness became for serious when the first grandchild arrived. He was what you might call a “yo yo” dieter. He stayed active but more serious when his yearly summer family vacation got ready to come around. Gym workouts, boot camp participation and better food choices then would back off after the trip. The result of consistency, wanitng to be not only here for his now 4 grandchildren but to be an ACTIVE part. The result, off two medications, down 80 pounds and has kept it off for more than 4 years. He then got his certification to become an instructor and now our Boot Camp Instructor.
