We offer two types of health insurance companies, “Silver Sneakers and Healthy Contributions”. We are honored to be the only surrounding gym that provides the availability of healthcare insurance as a way for membership contribution.
How do you qualify ?
Simply call your Insurance provider and ask if your insurance covers a gym membership. Ask for your member ID and bring to our front desk at Main Street Gym.
