Boot Camp
Fitness Boot Camp is a high-intensity group training program designed to build strength, improve cardiovascular endurance, and promote overall fitness. These sessions combine a mix of bodyweight exercises, strength training, agility drills, and interval workouts in a fast-paced, motivating environment. This class is designed to challenge participants of all fitness levels and encourage accountability, teamwork, and personal growth. Wether MSGym Boot Camp is indoors or outdoors, Shawn offers a dynamic and result-driven approach to getting in shape.
YOGA
This yoga class with Vicki offers a balanced blend of movement, breathwork, and mindfulness designed to improve flexibility, build strength, and promote inner calm. Through a series of guided poses and sequences, participants will develop better body awareness, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. Suitable for all levels, the class provides modifications and guidance to ensure a safe and supportive experience, whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice.
Stretch & Tone
This Pilates class, led by Sarah focuses on controlled movements, core strength, and mindful alignment to improve posture, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Through a series of low-impact mat exercises, partipants engage deep muscle groups to build stability, enhance muscle tone, and support joint health. Suitable for all fitness levels. Pilates offers a challenging yet accessible workout that promotes balace, coordination, and a stronger more resilient body.
